Introduced to this stall by a friend. Decided to pop by for dinner. Ordered the "white" abalone noodles for $5.50 aka vinegar only without chilli or tomato sauce. Soup: hot but can be more flavourful but then again it's the end of the day, so the flavour could be already diluted Noodles: QQ textures but remember to eat fast else it will get soggy. I might say the portion is decent Abalone slices: up to 5 pieces and cut thicker than many other stalls Mushroom: 5 big complete uncut mushrooms. Good if you're a mushroom lover Verdict: value for money with decent flavour and portion. Not too mention the fried pork lards which gives more oomph to the dish.

Came to Chinatown Hawker Centre a little too early and most stalls weren’t open yet. I spotted an old uncle selling noodles and decided to try his $4.50 Bak Chor Mee. The portion of minced meat was generous, and it had that delicious old-school taste.

Ordered the signature mushroom bak chor mee ($4.50), it came with a bowl of soup. The bowl had plenty of ingredients such as mushrooms, fishball, handmade fishball, sliced pork, vegetables and minced pork. The noodles were delicious, springy and with the taste of vinegar. The soup can be improved as it was quite bland.

Nice bowl of Bak Chor Mee with handmade meat and fish balls. Ordered a $4 bowl and comes with fish cake, minced meat, and a bowl of soup with hand made fish and meat balls. The noodle was done well and it doesn’t clump together. Served with a chilli based and vinegar sauce. The vinegar flavour was rather faint and chilli flavour was strong. Love the handmade fish and meat balls. It was very soft and chewy.
