Springy noodles that can be slurped fast. The soya sauce chicken was tender, braised so well with the soya sauce, and easy to consume. If you don't want bones, tell the hawker that you prefer breast meat. Queue can be a bit long.

I was in the middle of Chinatown and come to a hawker stall in the somewhat like lowkey mall. The crowd in Saturday morning is somewhat interesting🥺 Since I was in the area, I search for the Michelin food and stumble upon these tenant. It's on #02-84 (please be aware with the number because wrong number can actually lost you). The aunties is really fast but the queue is long so it will take up to 10 mins to get your food. Also if you can speak chinese (not sure which dialect), surely the aunties can understand you. I talk in english and its kinda have barrier to order. I ordered Beef Brisket Noodle for 6 SGD which apparently WORTH IT‼️ The beef is really tender and the noodle is perfectly cooked. The portion is also right. I was really happy with the findings. All in all, the hawker is having so many food and beverages to try💕 Definitely will visit this hawker again next time I'm in Singapore‼️

Those seeking Breakfast should first head to #02-84 where Fatty Ox HK Kitchen offers a wide range of plates including everything from signature Brisket to Trotters and Chicken. Michelin recommended with bowls starting at $5. though those seeking a Soy Sauce Chicken or whole Roast Duck can order without starch, suffice it to say that simple appearing plates pack a lot of punch thanks to springy Noodles and well-stuffed Dumplings while the Brisket is appropriately fatty and good on its own but better with a bit of Chili Paste.

This is my go-to place for traditional Cantonese beef noodles - done in the old-school Hong Kong style. Today my friend and I each ordered a beef brisket noodle at $6 that came with al dente noodles and a generous portion of beef brisket pieces, which were soft but not to the point of being tender for the sake of mouth feel. And the sauce that came with the noodle was moreish, and the chilli paste on the side was very good. Service at this stall was friendly and the dining ambience here is only just okay as the hawker centre is getting very old.
