We recently ordered the mini buffet from Nasi Padang Beach Road, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our gathering. The spread was thoughtfully prepared, starting with fragrant white rice that paired beautifully with the creamy and flavourful sayur lodeh – a rich coconut-based vegetable curry that was both comforting and satisfying. The stir-fried lady’s fingers were fresh and crunchy, bringing a nice balance of texture and earthy flavour to the meal. One of the highlights was the sambal sotong with prawns, which had just the right amount of heat and spice, giving the dish a kick without overpowering the natural sweetness of the seafood. The fried rempah chicken was another favourite – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and well-marinated with aromatic spices. To round off the meal, the omelette added a homely, comforting touch that everyone enjoyed. Delivery was punctual, and everything was neatly packed in disposable catering trays, complete with cutlery, plates, and napkins for convenience. We especially appreciated the complimentary belacan and sambal belado – both condiments were flavour-packed and enhanced the overall nasi padang experience. The mini buffet provided great value for money. It brought authentic nasi padang flavours straight to our table, hassle-free and delicious – perfect for intimate gatherings or small celebrations.

Amazing tasty food. Tried the mutton rendang and chicken curry with okra as a side vegetable. Everything was excellent. The owners and staff are lovely. This is in a very authentic hawker place we found in Chinatown. Go here if you want some authentic hawker ambiance and most of all, tasty food.

Delicious Nasi Padang with generous portions. Rendang is tender and flavours are on point. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back again when I visit Chinatown.

I came when they were in the midst of cooking and I waited. My family loves their food and if you like spice this will be up your alley. Well cooked, not overly seasoned, good portions and budget friendly. They are based in Chinatown, so do hit this place just before the lunch crowd (opening ~11.30AM - 5pm). They are closed on Sundays.
