Good value for money, healthy delicious leicha and yong tau fu. Generous portions! Leicha ingredients could be more flavourful though, if we had to nitpick. Leicha soup is authentic and not overly strong in taste. Their chilli is superb btw, love it so much. Service is friendly and pretty fast. Can pay by scanning QR code. However note that the coffeeshop can get quite hot and noisy in general, as it's an old place without aircon (a lot of fans but mostly still circulating warm air). The spaces in front of each stall is also quite squeezy and crammed so it may not suit everyone.

I think i found my favorite lei cha. The rice alone is very flavorful with lots of ingredients. Love the dried shrimp and chye po alot! The rice pair well with the dry lei cha and not too pungent👍🏻 Am craving for more🤤 wanted to dabao at 4+ but sold out🥲

Tried the Lei Cha with brown rice. The soup had a handmade earthy, fragrant and rich in flavor. However, it leaned on the saltier side, especially with the addition of the preserved radish. I was hoping for a cleaner, more refreshing profile to match the usual healthy feel of Lei Cha. The roasted peanuts added a lovely crunch and depth to the texture.

By chance found this lei cha stall in the crowded hawker centre at Chinatown. Pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. The soup is a little bitter on it’s own but paired well when mix with the rice. Friendly stall owner
