The uncle was really nice and so kind! I initially wanted to order $8 rojak for 2 pax, but he asked how many of us there were and advised that $5 or $6 would be more suitable for 2 pax as $8 would be too much. I went with $6, and wow - the portion was super generous, the plate was full and even overflowing. The rojak was crispy (many stalls don’t even bother to toast the youtiao anymore, but this uncle does!), with a generous amount of sauce, pineapple and other fresh ingredients. It’s really delicious. Please support uncle he’s so honest, and I truly hope good business follows him all year round!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really don't understand the good reviews before mine. Stall is called CRISPY Rojak but it is anything but crispy. Their style of Rojak is wet and soggy (all the yu-cha-gue is soggy). The gravy is 'soupy'. They even used the hard centre core of the pineapple which is hard, juice-less, poor texture. This style is not our cup of tea. Good luck to him! However, you may like this: They have an excellent, hi-tech queue monitoring system that you can access from your phone to keep track of their preparation of your order(impressive).

Pleasantly surprised by how yummy this rojak actually is, considering that it's hidden at some godforsaken corner of the hawker centre. Their dough fritter is crispy, and you're able to ask uncle to make it crispier if that's what you prefer. The amount of peanuts used, is also extremely generous. I really like how the overall mix of the dish made sense, and blended quite nicely together. It's quite rare that you can actually taste the prawn paste used in rojak; but with them I could taste it. That said, you may want to get a spoon to enjoy the dish in it's entirety. Get the $8 plate, if you want to throughly enjoy it amongst 3-4pax. We didn't add century egg. Sadly though, the entire dining experience at this hawker centre is simply too warm.

This stall makes rojak with a different twist. Instead of the usual charcoal-grilled youtiao, theirs are deep-fried till crisp — surprisingly light & not oily. The thinner prawn paste lets the freshness of the cucumbers, turnips, pineapple and ginger flower shine through. A tasty take on the classic.

I was very interested to try this Rojak when i first saw it. Combination of my favourite 2 things together - Century Egg and Rojak. I have not seen such a combination before! It was very good. Cream century egg, hand roasted crispy cuttlefish, well balanced sauce. I was surprised to find such a good rojak in Singapore! However, stall is only manned by an uncle who takes order, handle payment and cook at the same time. The order does take a while to come.
