Chinatown Nasi Lemak Economic Bee Hoon

Nasi lemak (set 2 with fried fish, $3.50). Stall got the basics right. While rice could be more aromatic, sambal chilli was sweet & spicy. Beyond these, the fried fish was limp and not well marinated. The “otah” (spicy fish cake) was more spice & flour than fish; empty calories.

Price point is really good. All of these for $4.50 only. Fragrant rice with chilli that packs a punch. The fried chicken was fresh from the wok - juicy and crispy. It was super well marinated with an umami taste of something that I can't put my finger on. Really addictive! Will be back for the chicken wings!!!!!

Got extremely sick after buying nasi lemak from them. Wondering is the food not clean ????First time & last time. This food really kills one's life. They have to pay for the expensive medical fees, emotion , pain went through. Will never step the stall. Doesnt deserve a star at all :( Stop selling to kill people
