The huadiao wine and fried ginger essence make the soup feel refreshing and moreish. Liver slices are tender and bouncy and do not taste too irony. Pork slices and meatballs are also wonderful. There's also a poached egg, which I scooped out of the soup to add to my noodles for extra creamy goodness. That said, I had opted to change the mee sua to dry mee pok. The seasoning is done malaysian style here - the cook learnt it there. Think dark rich mee pok noodles topped off with pork lard and 2 slices of mock abalone. Sumptuous indeed... $6 for this quality is very worthwhile! Lady is also friendly and offered me tissue, seeing as how my nose was failing me.

I will be BACK!....... OFTEN! Liver lovers, this is the stall! You will know what I mean, when the liver is done Just Right. Perfect! This is so much better than those award winning stall. The quality and quantity of the liver serve are great! 👍 Chef is friendly and listen to your order patiently. I tried the dry noodle. Menu no. 3. Can you believe it, I ate 2 bowls SAME order at the same visit! Service is great!

A rare find from the usual noodle stalls. The meatball is fabulous with water chestnut and minced meat that you can still detect. The meat ball is scooped up from a tub and made on the spot. Truly handmade. Not the factory all grinded up and over seasoned meatball. The liver is perfectly timed, well cooked, still soft, and not tough at all. They added finely julienned fried ginger to the soup. It added a subtle flavour without overpowering the main ingredients. The owner is friendly, helpful, and full of sunshine. The small plate of pork lard was sent to our table as they missed it in our noodles initially. We end up ordering another set to 打包 for family after finishing our serving. Give it a try and see if you like it!

Definitely must try their signature noodles. Hidden in a quiet section of Chinatown hawker. Near 115 dessert soup. Lots of ingredients. Pork liver is well cleaned without the gamey taste. Soup is light and delightful. Many types of noodles to choose from. Their mee sua is really smooth, without the doughy taste.

Chanced upon this stall and decided to give it a try. The Mee Sua Soup was excellent, and the pork liver was very well cooked, so soft and tender. The pork meatballs were so delicious, they were hand made, with carrots and water chestnut and well marinated. The lady seller was also very friendly. Definitely worth a visit or two!
