Excellent Hainanese Chicken Rice , the chicken are juicy, tender and the skin are springy. Rice is fragrant, goes well with the chilli that also comes with chopped ginger for the extra kick. The sauce is the highlight, it’s thicker then usually and is very flavourful. Portions are very generous, picture show cost only $3.50 , but I added the nice braised tofu for additional $1. Highly recommended to try, u will definitely come back for more 👍😍

In Fengshan hawker center, there are 3 chicken rice stalls. Only this chicken rice stall focused on the authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice. It sells only One Single type of Chicken, that's the Hainanese white Chicken. Apart from the chicken, the rice is most fragrant. As a Hainanese, I would say that this is one of the Best Hainanese Chicken Rice I have tastes in hawker centres so far. The secret is so simple, they didn't use ready mix chicken rice paste to cook their rice. They use top Jasmine rice and you can see the difference instantly by comparing the size of the rice. Their rice is perfectly cooked without being sticky, with the strong fragrance of garlic, ginger and chicken soup. The serving of the chicken rice is generous. I have noticed many food stalls have started to cut corners with ingredients amidst inflationary pressure. This is one that didn't compromise on quality.

Sing Soon Lee Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice at Bedok 85 – Whenever I’m here, this is my go-to. The basic set starts at just S$3.30, but I usually get the S$4.30 one because I like the chicken separated from the rice. The sauce is great, and the chicken’s always tender and juicy. Not the best best plate of chicken rice, but really in this day and age the affordability is a godsend. I ordered chicken rice + meat + egg. Got a compliment 🥹. And got charged only $5. I feel amazing! Please support! 10/10!!
