About

Chong Pang Huat BBQ Chicken is a satay and barbecue chain with outlets across hawker centres in Singapore. The stall specialises in BBQ chicken wings, chicken satay, pork satay, and mutton satay, all grilled over charcoal for a smoky flavour. Satay is served with peanut sauce, fresh onions, cucumber, and ketupat, while the BBQ chicken wings are accompanied by lime and chilli. Minimum orders typically apply, with satay sold in sets of 10 sticks and chicken wings requiring a minimum order of two pieces. During peak meal hours, longer waiting times are common due to the grilling process. Menu: BBQ Chicken Wing, BBQ Spring Chicken, Chicken stay, Pork satay, Mutton satay, Ketupat

So disappointed on the service placed on Saturday 22 Nov by my hub with me. He has verbally informed the 2 men on the table while packing chillis and had placed order, pre-ordered the satays specifically instructed to do 30 sticks Pork and 30 sticks Mutton. Instead upon reaching friend's house,we noticed it's 30 chicken and muttons instead. The chicken wings also tiny very dried and burnt. We just hope that they do served customers genuinely with heart. If unsure do ask us and take note and not taking customer for granted and gave us wrong items.

This stall sell wings at $1.60 a piece, slightly more expensive than another stall in fengshan food centre. Sad to say, this is another wing that misses the mark. Marination was totally off, and didnt taste like your usual barbequed wing. The wing was warm and crispy though, and the young lad barbequing the wing actually snipped off the charred bits of the wing. Unfortunately, taste is king and they better work on a better marinate for their wings. The wings were slightly shrivelled up and a little dry. With more practice and a better marinate, the two yound lads running the stall might actually produce a good wing. Might.....

Not the most spectacular but generally this brand is reliable and if you are looking for decent quality satay and chicken wings, the satay is quite meaty and tasty! Chicken wings are a little burnt and skinny but still very tantalizing to eat!

The chicken wings were grilled perfectly however its lacks the taste of 5 spices I prefer. The satay is so so.

Burnt chicken wings beyond recognition which may be carcinogenic. Avoid this stall at all costs.
