Tl:dr located within pasir ris hawker center, i walked past and smell the aroma of a herbal mutton soup stall. Mutton Herbal Soup 👍🏻the flames used are amazing. It was interesting to see how the chef prepared and cook the soup 👍🏻i like the soup, despite it not being the nicest one i drink, it is still nice 👍🏻the meat is cooked well, not too cooked but the soft bone is soft enough to bite through 👍🏻 the beancurd items, tao ki and tao gua, soaked the soup well. 🫳🏻chilli wasn’t spicy enough for me Service 🫳🏻payment can use paylah 🫳🏻casher alittle unapproachable 👍🏻chef will warn you its hot 👍🏻casher let you know in advance to wait for ghe food Atmosphere 👍🏻despite being in a hawker center, it is pretty cooling 👍🏻even at lunch time the place wasn’t crowded.

Had a really comforting bowl of 羊肉汤 (mutton soup) here. The broth was light yet flavorful, with a nice herbal aroma that wasn’t overpowering. Mutton slices were tender and portion size was generous. The soup was served piping hot, perfect for a satisfying meal. Paired with their mee sua, the combination was simple yet hearty. The mee sua was soft and silky, soaking up the soup nicely. Service was fast and efficient, and the kitchen looked clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great spot for traditional mutton soup. Definitely worth returning for.

Came all the way here just to try their signature claypot mutton dishes. We ordered the Claypot Herbal Mutton Soup (Medium - $12) and the Claypot Mutton Curry (Small - $10). The herbal soup had a rich, well-balanced flavor, with the addition of cooking wine elevating the taste instantly. However, the portion of meat was quite small for the price—just two ribs and a few small pieces of meat. The curry mutton was flavorful, and the curry paired well with rice. But again, the portion size was disappointing—only one rib and four small pieces of meat in a $10 serving. Overall, while the mutton was tender and full of flavor, the portion sizes felt too small for the price. The herbal soup, in particular, was so good that you'll find yourself wanting more!

We tried the mutton soup. Food: the soup has a hint of Chinese wine which complements the mutton flavour. The chilli also pairs well with the meat. Service: The soup is served in a claypot which is heated up upon ordering. Price: on the higher end as a hawker dish but value for money considering the ingredients. Atmosphere: typical hawker atmosphere. No Aircon but has lots of fans. Overall, would recommend to try especially for mutton lovers.

Kway chap is diluted and does not have a aroma to it. Braised pork is hard and seems to be only lightly marinated. Same goes for the rest of the ingredients. The pork throttle looks much darker but didn't have a chance to try. Price is normal coffee shop price. Staff is very friendly though. Not sure if I came at the wrong time or just a day of bad performance
