you MUST try herbal seafood soup (1) and XO Fried Fish Soup (2), and you MUST add the egg floss! if you love fish roe you MUST add the fish roe also. it’s consistently got a creamy roe! my family loves eating fish soup and we go around singapore finding the best. this is our favourite place! they also have 3 other stalls at old airport road, roxy square, and dawson road. we’ve genuinely eaten here nearly 10 times and the quality is always consistent and top tier. if you love and can take the chinese herbal taste, you will love the herbal fish soup. i’ve never eaten anything similar to this ever. but even so, the XO fried fish soup is delectable. the base of the soup is strong and fragrant from the XO wine. egg floss and fish roe are always great add ons. genuinely impressed by the egg floss because it’s got a deep fried taste that comes through when soaked in soup. we love everything we’ve eaten here! uncle is also friendly and efficient, and they are often fast but there’s of course some waiting to do if there are loads of orders. he can help label the various bowls if there are differences in your order. highly recommended! :)

2 - would not recomend Ordered: - $6 XO Double fish with thick bee hoon - $7 Herbal fish soupnwith thick bee hoon Claimed to be michilin but does not taste good. XO soup is a minimum pass, its not as fragrant as i hoped. Herbal soup is so bitter, though the herbal smell is strong. Meat balls so smelly and tough. Price is on the higher side for such taste.

Grumpy seller. The black grouper fish was tough n rubbery unsurprisingly the rice quality left much to be desired. Only saving grace was the soup was not fishy tasting

I had their fish slice soup noodles, without XO. It was good. If you like a stronger taste, their XO is yummy too!

Been eating many years. When they 1st started out at old airport, long queues every day. Now? No customers at all. Why? Heres why 1. Lots of houseflies at the slice chili area. N the chili is smell badly. All 3 stores in the East are like this. Why the authorities nvr come n check? 2. Soup is so bland, XO n herbal soup, like drinking water. 3. No yellow bean paste, don't even bother to make. Just say finish. Hello is only 5pm nia leh 4. Service attitude of 3 stores is really bad, rude n grumpy. Just becos ur business is more then 10 years running, doesn't mean u can be yaya papaya. Without us regular customers who come so often over the years, do u think ur business can sustain? No wonder lost the Michelin award over the years lah. Wake up lah.
