Nyonya Pok Pok Kay

Came from Very very far (North Area) to try this as i saw a video online(my frds said i abit siao :) ). Still within Sg thou as its just a 30mins drive. Food was indeed very good on this Wed afternoon. We loved it and curry chicken was tender n nice. Overall taste sedap man. Very good Peranakan food at Hawker prices. Such a good deal isnt it. My wife was hoping they have a branch near us and she will want to have tis weekly. Too quiet thou and this stall deserves better business.

🫕Up on the 2nd floor of Pasir Ris Central Hawker Centre, which is uniquely located inside Pasir Ris Town Park, is Nyonya Pok Pok Kay hawker stall serving authentic Nyonya cuisine. 🍱Had the set B, Ayam Sioh, which came with Pickled Radish Omelette, Nyonya Chap Chye, and Blue Pea Rice. 🥠The tender boneless Ayam Sioh was flavourful with a slightly sweet tangy assam taste. 🥗Nyonya Chap Chye was well cooked and had a balanced overall flavour. 🫔The fluffy Pickled Radish Egg Omelette done in hearty chunks, delivered a satisfying bite. 🍚The aesthetically pleasing Blue Pea Rice elevated the entire dining experience. 🍴Definitely coming back to try out others on the menu. Note: was served with Chap Chye instead of the French Beans.

saw from cna, came from australia to try. got the set A which has curry chicken, blue pea rice, chap chye and sambal egg for less than 9 sgd, pretty decent pricing for its decent portions. service time was quite fast, no queue at all when i arrived. had a good chat w the young owner, shes quite nice. however, food was not hot, wouldnt say its cold, but definitely not hot as expected, which was slightly disappointing. flavours of the sambal and curry was tangy, not spicy, which was interesting as i expected it to be flaming hot, and i enjoyed it. the hard boiled egg in the sambal was meticulously prepared, still having the outer membrane that is hard to keep on the egg after peeling the shell. decent meal overall, happy I finally tried it after so long just watching it on cna. however, if food was hotter, would have enjoyed it more. please note that i also came quite late, maybe around 2 to 3pm so maybe thats why food was not hot, so might be justified. come earlier if you want hot food.

It's located in a food court on the 2nd floor right at the end. Worth the visit! Ordered the set B Ayam Sioh and it was syiok! Had a tangy tamarind taste which I preferred. After seeing the staff blending the ingredients for the curry, knew I had to order that too for takeaway 😁. It was rich and delish. There's much 💟 in the food prep. Forsee a return trip.👍👍

Ordered takeaway for a home party and everything was amazing! We had curry chicken, ayam sio, chap chye, long beans, sambal egg, fried egg, blue pea rice, and the special beef rendang (we were thrilled to try it since it’s not usually on the menu). Every dish was a hit — even grandpa, who has very high standards for nyonya food, gave his approval! You know it’s good when everyone starts asking for the IG handle and contact. Just a note: they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays, so best to pre-order early. Thank you for the wonderful food and great service. It was such a lovely experience!
