Ordered grilled pork chop for $7.20. Wait was 55min. Sides I went for smash potato and vegetables. Summary Pork chop : great Smash potato : master Vegetables : fresh uncooked. Pork chop was mostly tough but not chewy and surprisingly not difficult to bite through. The selling pork is the char taste and the sauce. Very flavorful apple cider sauce. Oh but their slice were very thin though. Smash potato looks underwhelming but taste fantastic. Very flavorful but too little. Makes the vegetable taste better when I accidentally dip it on the potato. Overall this is quality of cooking rather than quantity and quality of food.

📸 TikTok : @slurpnsnooze Quite possibly the best western food we’ve had in a hawker centre! The queue was long, but the food came fast once we ordered. Portions were generous for the price. We had the grilled catfish ($7.90) and the grilled chicken ($7.20) — both were delicious! Highly recommend the mushroom rice (as a side) and the homemade meatballs. And don’t miss the $1 mushroom soup (yes — in this economy😱).

Queued before it opened at 5pm. When I reached there, there was already 20+ ppl waiting. So I managed to order my takeaways after a wait of 1h 15 min. It was totally worth the wait. I ordered salmon teriyaki with two sides, mariana with chicken pasta, mushroom soup, extra fries and extra sunny side up for just below 24 dollars. The portion of the salmon and chicken were generous, fries lightly salted, coleslaw was refreshing with a zest of lemon. Wait time about 10 min to collect the food. Will go again and hope there's less people. 😊

Went for dinner at about 7:20pm. Wait time is about 45 min. Got the food at about 8:10pm. Long wait but food is good. I love the mushroom rice. Salmon was good and very nicely cooked with crispy outer skin. Vegetables were fresh and nicely cooked!

That one affordable western hawker at Pasir Ris Hawker. Do arrive 10 minutes before opening or after peak hours to avoid a long queue. ✨Grilled Pork Chop @ $7.20 The pork chop was tender and had a good meat to fat ratio, coated in an overly sweet teriyaki sauce. This dish comes with a choice of two sides - mushroom rice, grilled herb potatoes, whipped potatoes, thick cut fries, seasonable vegetables, homemade coleslaw, and garden green salad. We ordered the whipped potatoes and homemade coleslaw with this. LOVED the whipped potatoes which were creamy and buttery, with chunks of potatoes within. The coleslaw was coated in a generous amount of sauce, being crunchy and infused with pepper. I personally recommend the whipped potatoes and mushroom rice with this dish to balance out the sweetness from the teriyaki sauce. Sambal Seafood Spaghetti @ $8.40 Filled with seafood such as mussels, prawns and clams, the spaghetti had a spicy kick from the sambal but the sauce did not cling onto the pasta well. ✨Breaded Fried Chicken @ $7.80 The fried chicken juicy but a little too thin, with a crispy breading that did not cling onto the chicken well. For this, we ordered mushroom rice and grilled herb potatoes as our sides. The fried shallots in the mushroom rice were aromatic and flavourful, but these flavours were not infused into the rice well. That said, it was still enjoyable. The grilled herb potatoes were coated in a sweet soy marinade and were not as crispy as I expected. Spaghetti Marinara @$3.50 The marinara sauce was a little too sweet for my liking and the dish lacked depth. ✨ must trys!! ✉️ follow me @BrieVco on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube for more!
