Simful Nasi Lemak

Ordered the Chicken Wing Set (C) $4.00 with add-on lontong vegetables $1.20 . Special requests: less rice, no sambal, egg yolk not too runny, lontong vegetables with some gravy put further away from the crispy items. Paid & collected buzzer. About 5 mins wait for order to be ready. Had high expectations for the food after reading the reviews but was a bit disappointed. Best item on the plate was the ikan bilis - super crispy & no oily taste, not too salty. Good to be able to choose the doneness of the fried egg. Rice was light & fluffy, but not enough coconut cream/milk for a good nasi lemak. Chicken wing was refried upon order, the crispy crunchy batter was good but not enough flavour in the meat/flesh. Not sure if it was the smell of the spices on the batter or the oil that the chicken was refried in that was a bit off-putting. Lady boss was kind to offer to put the lontong vegetables into a separate plate as I didn't want it touching the crispy stuff. Lontong gravy however was too sweet. Feedback to the lady & it's probably the spice base (or maybe coconut cream/milk). Good for kids, but not for me. Portions are filling enough, but the food needs some improvement to make me want to come back again... CDC vouchers accepted for payment.

Above average but cant cross the 4/5 for me..a 3.5/5 would do justice. Overall its quite alrite but wings were a letdown. while eating, broken bones and luckily i spotted it. Rice was normal. Egg was runny n nice, the way i liked it. Overall is a not too bad Nasi but as i saw 4.8/5 which was very high, i had higher expectations for it so do pardon me.

Nice Nasi Lemak stall located in a quaint and spacious two-storey hawker centre. The proprietors of the stall are always so gracious with their police service. Their nasi Lemak with freshy-fried ingredients is addictive. I personally am a big fan of their chicken wing, though my family really likes their fish set. I've already come back many times and will undoubtedly be coming back for more.

Simful Nasi Lemak. Pasir Ris Hawker #02-20 I ordered 2 sets of their Seaful set and also added 2 begedils and a chicken wing. They fried the Seaful items upon order and the tempura fish was crispy yet tender and flaky. The prawns were succulent and crispy too. Sambal long beans were cooked perfectly along with the runny egg yolk which was a heavenly pairing with their rice. What set this nasi lemak apart from the rest were the chilli and the chicken wing. The chilli was not oily at all and was sweet/spicy, perfect for nasi lemak rice. The chicken wing was really crispy and full of flavour. The truely unforgetable I would say its the rice. The rice was full of aroma with rich coconut and pandan flavour. It was rich and fluffy as well. Overall, they really did live up the hype. With such good quality and price point, there is no need to go to Changi or Crave for nasi lemak anymore.

I love it when the lady says “enjoy your meal” after the meal is ready and the guy usually put a smile on. Other than that, the food portion is generous and tasted delicious ! Recommend to give it a try for this nasi lemak. Price wise , it’s cheap and affordable ! With a lot of add on menu! Recommend recommend 👍🏻
