TEXAS LONE STAR by FISH & Co: First time trying from this new stall, which is at Pasir Ris CENTRAL HAWKER CENTRE, by the Pasir Ris Central park (SportsHub building & across the interchange bus bay facing Pasir Ris park). I enjoyed my chicken bowl. Generous portion of rice & chicken. My daughter enjoyed her baked rice too. Will definitely have a meal there again to try the Beef Straganoff baked rice. Looked delicious. It's Halal so muslim friends may enjoy it too.

We tried the grilled fish and the petite fish n chips. Food: The grilled fish has a good amount of seasoning and sauces, bringing out a nice aroma. Fish and chips is OK. Sides: The fries are well seasoned and salted. Grilled fish comes with seasoned rice and corn cob, both of which are done quite well. However, we felt the portion of rice and fries could have been a tad more. Service: typical hawker service. Price: On the slightly higher end for hawker meals, but still OK as a once-in-a-while meal. Atmosphere: non air-conditioned but lots of giant fans.

chicken chop was well cooked with a crispy sear, meat was juicy too. rest of the sides were the usual. though well executed, portion size was rather small. apart from the normal standard food, service staff was bad. gave me a buzzer but didn't press it when food was done. left it at the counter for 15 minutes then when asked him about it he was like 'buzzer 3 what' then give me a look that i should have known - when the buzzer didn't even ring. for the price paid, wild olives upstairs would be a much better choice. would not recommend.

Generous portion and a great contender against the two other western stalls on the second floor. At least they have a buzzer system so you don't have to stand and wait in a queue. Taste is above average, not too oily nor too salty. Since we don't get to choose sides, perhaps more vegetables can be served for a more balanced meal. Staff is willing to give more tartar and sambal sauce upon request and that's a good point. Looks like they are on their way to get halal certification as well.

Brought fish&chips dine in. Since couldn’t finish it though ask the employee to pack it for me. Instead she pass me the box and ask me to pack it for myself. So rude. Won’t be patronising it again.
