Really delicious and flavourful pao fan located at a humble location! The slice fish is fresh and the broth is great!

Collagen-rich broth is simmered for hours using deep-sea bones, pork, old hen and pumpkin, resulting in a golden soup base for pao fan and ramen. The rich yet smooth broth coats rice or noodles well and is often served with fresh seafood, pork belly and other toppings, making it a standout for those seeking nourishing comfort food with a modern twist.

Hands down the best paofan I’ve ever had!! Nothing else even comes close. I’ve tried countless paofan stalls, but this one stands out for its perfectly crisp rice and rich, collagen-filled soup that’s flavourful without being overly fishy. Every spoonful feels comforting and well-balanced. On top of that, the couple running the stall are incredibly warm and kind people, and you can really taste the heart they put into their food. Truly a gem worth revisiting again and again.

Hands down the best Pao fan in sg! Flavour is just right and not too “Nong”. Good value for money. Even my kids love it and they are fussy eaters.

It’s my 3rd time here today within 5 days; so needless to say how I love their food! The soup base is so tasty and the prawns and clams are so fresh! The braise park rice is very yummy too! Will keep going back for sure!

I ordered the Signature Short-Neck Clams Golden Broth Rice. When I first looked at it, I felt sad because I could not see any ingredients at all. But I changed my mind when I stirred all the way to the bottom. Overall, the soup was very tasty and diecious. I especially love the toppings e.g. crispy rice and egg that build up different layers of the dish!
