For a decent bowl of Hakka YTF, head over to Pasir Ris Hawker Centre Level 1. Near to Sports Complex. Nowadays, $5.50 to $7.50 for YTF is quite common. So besides considering the price, the YTF pieces must be fresh and flavourful. For this stall, I think they've found a good balance. As you may (or may not) know, hakka YTF uses pork filling instead of fish. So if you're looking for the fish-filling YTF, fishballs, cuttlefish, etc... Not the right place. For carbs, other than bee hoon and hakka noodles, they have cabbage rice. I like the cabbage rice option. More filling. Soup with bee hoon option comes with a rather modest serving of bee hoon. 吃不饱 😂 Recommend the Chicken Wings (Har Cheong Gai) too. They are crispy and delicious. Not too salty. Prepare to wait for about 8 minutes. Worth the wait. Worth a mention, this stall offers a free meal to the needy. You can also pay it forward by sponsoring a meal ($5.50). Tonight I witnessed a man asking for one such meal, the stall-holder just made a marking on a chart and prepared the meal. No fuss, no judgement. 👍

Stall looks simple as compared to the rest but wow it was so good. I can taste each Yong tau foo made fresh and packed with ingredient. My mom would approve too. Noodles have lard and springy. Slight ex $7.20 - but worth it for the taste I guess! 10/10 Would recommend. Will want to try the fried chicken next. 😋

Pretty affordable, great tasting noodle, would recommend the noodle and yong tau foo combo. I'd say it's a pretty hidden find. It's located at the end of the hawker from the entrace. Generous amounts of ingredients. Not much complaints for the price. Definitely worth a try. It does take a short while to prep the food but the people were friendly. Also has the system of paying this forward so people who are less fortunate get a bowl paid for by someone else. Awesome idea and hardly seen.

Prawn paste fried chicken must try! 👍 Hakka Yong Tou Fu is different from the many usual Yong Tou Fu you have in many foodcourts, their ingredients are fresh with good texture on every bite. $7.20 for the noodle and 6 pcs Yong Tou Fu soup, $2 each fried 3 segments chicken wing. Interesting initiative that one can donate or collect a meal for free. Staff is friendly and have the look with positive aura.

Located at Pasir Ris central hawker centre. This is a pretty popular stall. Tried the signature set for takeaway. 2 sets takeaway for 6 +1 item is around $15. Taking home probably degraded the noodles a little as it was a little dry but still very tasty. The yong tau foo soup is also nice and tastes good. As I’ve had actual Hakka yong tau foo made from scratch, I can say this tastes alright but definitely not as good as the homemade ones I’ve had. The portion of meat is definitely not as much but it’s normal since this is mass made for customers. Ending off, definitely good albeit pricey.
