I came here for one specific thing, their Signature Prawn Cracker - filled with bean sprouts (tau geh) and topped with a prawn. Usually will buy half a dozen home n airfry it when I wanted to eat. Last time I was so crazy abt it, I bought 20 and kept some in the fridge and ate over a few days as lunch n teabreak! My fren usu will buy 20 and freeze some and when she wana eat she airfry and it is still very good! Love it! $2 per piece

Delicious 五香! I especially love the crispy prawn cracker, pig liver and 蛋片. I always tend to overorder, and it came up to about $11, which is fair

Friendly stall. Food tasted good after takeaway. Most of the complains by previous reviewers were that it was expensive. I think it is unjustified as all prices are clearly stated on the board. Paynow and CDC vouchers were accepted.

$8.40 for 4 pcs of Wu Xiang Xia Bing (WXXB) & fried bee hoon. 1st visit. 1. Signature prawn cracker was below average taste. The tau gehs spoilt the overall taste. This particular item was also a big RED FLAG cos it wasn’t displayed with the rest of the items. Just a photo shown. Fyi, I received my food in under 10 minutes so unlikely that they made the cracker from scratch. Verdict: there’s nothing signature about this prawn cracker. Never eaten prawn fritter with tau geh from any WXXB stall. 2. Big round fritter was only cut once into half. This has never happened in all the WXXB I’ve ever eaten in my life. Furthermore, there was no other customer after me so why not able to cut into smaller pieces? Visually out of balance. 3. The bee hoon was bland. Never eaten such bland tasting bee hoon from a WXXB stall. P.S. chopsticks were tucked beneath the packet of food which made me return to the stall only to be told they were already inside the plastic bag. Had to use my plastic receptacles as sauce was packed into a plastic bag. In modern SG 2025 context, this experience was approximately 3/10, which explained why the photo gimmick had to be executed.

We ordered one plate of fried bee hoon, two prawn fritters, and one tofu. The total charged was SGD 6.50. The prawn fritters were SGD 4, the tofu was SGD 1, and the fried bee hoon was marked at SGD 1.20 but we were charged SGD 1.50 instead. This kind of dishonest behavior is disappointing and tarnishes the reputation of the hawker center. I urge the authorities to investigate this matter, as fairness and price transparency are important for both locals and tourists.
