Tried these curry puffs at home for the first time. The curry potato filling tasted alright, but the dough looked about 50% raw inside. The layers weren’t very flaky or defined — could it be an oil temperature issue? The otah version, however, was cooked through. Update - Clarified it was bought from a stall with the same branding in Pek Kio food centre.

First time trying curry puff from this stall. Is quite good. Crispy skin and filling is quite tasty. Will buy again next time when I am over the area.

One of the best delicious and well made curry puffs in Singapore . The pastry is thin. The fillings are rich and tasty. It only cost $2 !!! I hope they can produce deluxe versions. Once you eat this you don’t want to try old&chungkee again.
