I always see a queue of customers at this stall. I decided to give this stall a try this past week after seeing customers tucking into their bowls in front of the stall. There are 2 queues in front of the stall: - Right side of stall is for placing your order and payment - Left side of stall is for collecting your order Service is brisk and efficient and you get your order shortly. I ordered the medium sized portion which comes in a bigger bowl and has sliced fish, a good portion of sliced bittergourd atop thick vermicelli in soup. Fish is fresh and soup is tasty. I finished all of the soup and I didn’t feel thirsty after the meal, indicating no MSG in the soup. Their dip has cut chilli with tau cheo in soy sauce. I like it. It pairs well with the fish slices and bittergourd. The food here is great! 🤩 Highly recommended! 😋 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Anyone who tried it will definitely be surprised by how fresh the fish is and how generous the portion is! A lot of fish and vegetables! Soup is bland but tasty. But my bee hoon wasn’t cooked well, all the thick bee hoon was lumped together ☹️

Fav hawker in Singapore. Soup had depth, fish slices were fresh and the Bittergourd is sliced very thinly. Love it paired with mee sua. Such a comforting bowl of deliciousness.

I've been curious about this stall for a while now, given their limited operating hours. Finally, I managed to catch them open and decided to give their fish soup a try. Opting for the $7 sliced fish belly soup with rice 50¢, I was immediately impressed by the generous serving of thinly sliced bittergourd. The fish bellies were incredibly fresh and tender, without any fishy odour. The soup itself was light yet flavourful, with a hint of sweetness and a delightful aroma from the fried garlic bits. While I'm not sure if they added sole fish powder, it would have been a nice complement to the overall taste. Overall, this is a quality bowl of clean tasting fish soup. If you are lucky to find them open, do give it a try.

Was looking for something with Fish & soupy. Spotted this stall with only several people in line, hence I joined the queue. My order of batang fish soup came with generous slices of bitter gourd & around 6, 7 fish slices. For people who prefer lighter note, u might want to this.
