Xin Ji Porridge

First we saw a young handsome man operate the stall , we not confident on the food and decide just order Craypot pig liver to try first. Surprising the pig liver timing is just right, not over cook and become too hard or under cook and blood is obvious.

Smooth congee. Clean-tasting with a nice savoury depth. Side of youtiao is served separately so it stays crisp — best for dipping.

Smooth porridge with fried youtiao delicious as always my go to place to get my porridge fixed… & their dried chili / ginger onion claypots it’s good and tasty.. it’s a must try!

If you are craving a hot bowl of flavourful congee, this is the store to try. The mixed pork porridge has generous servings of pork meat and other offal. The fried fritter is also crispy and goes well with the congee.

Had the mixed pork porridge, lots of ingredients and porridge was really comforting and tasty smooth and flavourful without being too salty. The claypot chicken with pork liver was soft and tasty and it added a really nice kick with the porridge. Recommended!!
