Ordered $5 signature chili ban mian. Comes with fishball soup. Pro Mince meat and pork balls quite flavorful. Noodle reasonably Q. Goes better with soup. Cons Taste more like jia jiang mian then chili mian. Hence noddle taste average. Egg definitely over cooked so cannot really coat the noodle. Noodle slightly under cooked so no Al dente.

Different. The sauce/ chilli is very different from the usual ban mian stalls. Firstly, at the average spicy level - it's hardly spicy, it's more 酱香 and glazed with oil (maybe lard).. which I enjoy. Yet it's not those classic China style soy/ oil flavored noodles. Ok, the soup weren't great, so we're glad we got the dry versions. Might be worth a revisit.

Excellent Ban Mian with flavourful sauce and power chili to go with it. Easily 1 of top choices to get your Chili Ban Mian fix. Personally feel the ingredients like meatballs and such could maybe have a bigger portion. Added $3 sliced fish that came in only 2 to 3 small pieces.

Delicious chili ban mian. S$7 for a very satisfying big bowl and a soup. It's obviously very popular, but the line moves quite quick.

Tried both the chilli pan mee and the mee hoon kuay. Both are pressed just before cooking thereby creating a fresh, chewy al-dente texture. I agree with the many reviewers that you should start with the mild spicy level as the medium spicy is way hotter than normal, mild spicy is just right for me although i can usually take a lot of spicy food.
