Ole Sambala Spice

Amazing food and can really tell is made of high quality, fresh ingredients!! Otah deserves a solo photo on its own — best otah I’ve ever tasted (btw photo doesnt show full size ah cos I alr took some bites before pausing and realising that I NEED to capture the moment). Other impressive dishes include the sambal stingray and kang kong!!! Would recommend to come with friends for a good night out with good food :)

Sotong is fresh and soft. Love the sambal spice and they serve 2 types of chilli. Everything pictured was $57 total. Come and support your local hawkers!

This is one of the best stingray rice and value for money. The meat was thick and fresh and I tot I was lucky but I ordered the second time, the standard was still the same. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The food here were so good that I came back for the 2nd time!! This time round, I ordered the sambal stingray, otah, sotong, prawn, fried chicken & Kang Kong. Stingray: super delicious with the amazing sambal!! The freshness of the fish, mixed with the sambal is finger licking good! Generous portion too! Otah: it’s not the overly fried kind. Safe to say this is the best Otah I have ever eaten in my whole life. Sotong & prawn: super fresh, awesome 口感 Fried chicken & kang Kong were not bad too! Stall owners are very friendly too! Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely return again!!

Excellent spice and recipe! One of the best sambal grilled stingray and sotong in Singapore. The food portion is generous for the price. Definitely worth coming back again.
