Down to earth dishes from a young talented chef! The curry fish head gravy is very well balanced like the way I like it :) Not too sour (too much Assam), not overpowering spicy (too much bird’s eye chilli), not coy (too much coconut milk) … Just perfect to my taste bud! The prawn paste pork was equally nice as this is a first for us trying this innovative dish. Tender pork and not over cooked. Ginseng chicken soup is nourishing & a perfect chicken soup for the soul! Keep it up Chef, we will be back again

This stall is located within the popular Geylang Barhu hawker center. First time trying this stall after seeing recommendations online. I feel that their curry fish head, steam pork and chicken were too sweet for my liking. But do try their soup, it’s quite value for money and taste good and authentic. Personally I feel it’s a 3.5stars rating as there are some hit and misses within the dishes I ordered.

He now serves a wide range of Canton-style steamed dishes & rice, nourishing stew soup, and the popular curry fish head – all at affordable hawker prices. What makes his offerings truly special is that Ericson manages all the cooking entirely on his own. It's incredible how a one-man show can produce such a variety of delicious dishes. The highlight of his menu is the fresh produce and seafood Ericson gets from the market daily. He has built his brand around healthy choices. For example, his traditional steamed fish features thickly sliced fish paired with black fungus and topped with wolfberry. Additionally, the steamed chicken is generously loaded with mushrooms and cordycep. Pair these with papaya pork rib or other stew soup, and you have a tempting spread that’s both delicious and reasonably priced!
