The char siew (lean meat) and wanton (2 pieces in the soup) are nice, however the noodles had the powdery taste which is not to my liking. The soup is quite bland as well. The queue moves slowly so be prepared to wait.

Springy egg noodles are paired with plump pork dumplings and slices of char siu, tossed in a savoury-sweet sauce. The wantons are juicy and well-seasoned, while the noodles retain good bite, making this a reliable option for traditional wanton mee.

Long queue and wait for average wanton mee. Very long wait for each plate because uncle at the stove cooks at snail pace with long pauses between each work flow. Not worth my queue time. There are easily better wanton noodles around still sold at this price point.

One of the cheapest wanton noodles in Singapore now at $3.50 for a generous size portion. Good noodle texture with very mild old school taste. Sometimes they don’t change the water used to boil the noodles frequently enough leading to gluey noodles. Queue moves very slowly so be prepared to wait.

Looking for breakfast here and saw that this stall has a long queue and is serving my wife favourite dish so she decided to try it out. ⏰ With about 7-8 pax in the queue, we waited for a total of 40 minutes - bear in mind this was without huge orders, everyone got in and out with just a bowl or two.. The efficiency really needs improving like what many is saying in the reviews. 🍝 the noodles were okay, char Siew as well, nothing specifically notable. However, the dumpling did have a pork taste to it which was a little unpleasant.. Overall, it’s not a stall I would ever queue for again for a normal wanton noodle - guess it’s one of those that regulars and nostalgia stalls.

Decent plate of wanton mee. The noodles are well cooked and has a crunchy texture. The char siew is a little let down. It has bits of fat in it, but the pork taste is too strong for my liking and not that flavourful. If you like spicy, order with extra chilli, makes it more enjoyable. The wanton is bigger than average and has a good mix of minced pork and water chestnut! Tried it again in Aug, standard is not consistent.
