Lan Tian Ban Mian Fish Soup

3.5 stars. Ordered the mini steamboat but felt a bit deceived… the fire is those mini room candle… the soup is not hot but I think the soup and ingredients are pre cooked so they are safe to eat. It’s just that when you ordered a hotpot you expect hot soup… if you ordered the normal fish soup you might get more ingredients and hotter soup.

Salmon rice is probably a fusion food. Try this stall’s at Geylang Bahru hawker center! Look at the portion of the fish. Super worth it.

was there around 8pm and saw a mini queue at this stall.. paid $7 for this salmon rice set (popular item) comes with a sunny side up.. can eat! still got a slice of lemon and teriyaki sauce really not bad.. the hawker centre is quite spacious..

Came for the mini seafood steamboat but it was only 2 prawns and 2 small pieces of (frozen) sotong, but lots of cabbage and some tofu. Soup is really tasty so would have preferred if they served in a regular bowl but with more ingredients like fish slices instead of putting the cost to that gimmicky mini hotpot. Otherwise, I'm even willing to pay more for more ingredients in the mini hotpot. My friend ordered a sliced salmon soup which was way more worth it. Same price SGD 6.50.

2 Aug 25, Sat: The rice is abit hard - maybe it was an overnight rice as I had this at around 11am. But overall not bad.
