When I tried this dumplings stall in Early November, I find the ‘xiaolongbao’ so yummy and juicy compared to Dynasty Paradise. I have a craving and after my workout on Sunday morning, headed down to the stall. Bought 1 bag of dumplings at $12 (30pcs) and another 1 bag of XiaoLongBao at $12. Lady boss wrapped with newspaper and packed the frozen items for me. The Chinese bosses are so friendly and polite. Upon returning home still frozen and I started steaming them for 10 - 15 mins. So satisfying and appetising. Vinegar with ginger slices and chilli is a must to go along with the big juicy dumplings. Whole family love it 🥰 the skin is very well made. No tearing. Gave me a generous amount of their chilli paste. The xiaolongbaos come with the base paper for steaming. So convenient! Will try their noodles and fried dumplings the next round.

16.11.25 / YUMMY is the word. Hubby had his fav ChaJiangMian $5 while I super enjoyed my SourSpicyNoodles $5 (pic / half-eaten already). The taste is simply shiok!! The SpicyChouShou $6 for 10 pcs was good value n definitely a must-eat. The fillings are very tasty n the skin is thin n soft. The accompany spicy sour sauce drenched very well, so no need to take ginger condiments. The owners are very friendly n generous with their spring onions.

Waited a while for the dumplings but worth the wait. The skin is really well made and the fillings are really tasty with generous amount of meat and jiu cai.

I must have ordered the wrong dish. The 小笼包 looks sad and miserable. Taste is below average. I saw others having the 红油炒手 and that looks so good and delicious. Might consider having it the next time I come to this hawker centre.

Be prepared to wait, and the waiting time was not too long. It came with black vinegar and shredded gingers. One basket of six xiao long bao, it was juicy, meat was not dry but not too well-tasted. I prefer it to be more savoury. The skin thickness was still acceptable.
