Tian Tian Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle

Disappointed with their soya sauce chicken rice.. ordered the large portion at $4.50. Their soya sauce chicken is soft and tender but taste wise not much flavour. The size for each piece of chicken too big as in they should slice it up thinner. It’s hard to cut into smaller pieces as it’s thick. Their sauce and rice very disappointing as it does not went well together. I won’t order again seriously. Plenty of seats and recommended to sit near the ceiling fans as it’s quite humid inside.

The soya sauce chicken is nice with just nice salty taste.. fragrance... but rice and the gravy is such a let down... one piece of the chicken still bleeding...

Location: Albert Center (Hawker center) unit #01-100. Looking at the soy sauce chicken stall. Something caught my eyes, the soy sauce chickens looked very good and the price tag- half a bird $10 and 1 bird $20. That is good pricing. I normally pay between $26-$28 for 1 bird. I decided to order half a bird and shared with my lunch buddy. Just the soy sauce bird, and rice. The half serving bird is huge in my opinion for 2 guys. The soy sauce is perfect just a nice blend and balance of sweetness and saltiness. Not overwhelming sweet or salty. The chicken skin smooth, meat is so tender, even the breast meat is soft, moist to perfection. They serve plain white rice, no oily chicken rice. The stall also serve char siew and siew york but I yet to try. Next round I will try. Hong Kong restaurant standard soy sauce chicken and you pay hawker price $4/$5. Where to find! Don’t eat regret ah! I found a new love in Albert Center (hawker center).

Chicken is good! Rice noodles better than noodles as they may over cook at times
