Song Zhou Carrot Cake

Really good! It was my first time trying carrot cake, and I loved it. It had great wok hei, and I like the texture of all the carrot cake bits. Originally I only ordered to try, since I was a bit full already, but I ended up eating all of it since I liked it so much.

The uniqueness of this fried carrot cake is the intense wok hei, plus that perfect soft and moist texture. As with the original stall in Bedok Interchange food centre, my favourite is the black version. Glad to see their second stall here in this iconic food centre (If they dial back the oil and char just a tiny bit, it's a 10/10.)

Probably one of the better carrot cakes I’ve had in Singapore. $3.50 portion was actually a lot (shared with my sister). Could definitely taste the wok hey in it and it was perfectly balanced!

Tried their black Carrot Cake. Very tasty and lots of chaipoa. Only minus point was too oily

MUST EATTTT!! It’s so good you can finish it in like 2mins. If you like flavour, texture and taste in your food. This has all of it and then some. Came with my friend and we finished 2 medium plates and 1 large plate of the black one. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed. I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic, I got too excited.
