I have no idea why typical Singaporeans are so difficult to impress. This place sells really good food with generous portion. The rest of the reviews are craps. I need to give five stars to Yew Kee. They deserve it.

Their specialities are Braised Duck with Rice or Noodles, they also have other menus. I don’t agree with other reviews that are complaining, come on it’s a stall in a food court ya, prices are really cheap, don’t expect a festin for that price ! I had the braised duck which cost 6$SG, it was very tasty and nicely done. The place is packed, you have to queue for about 25 minutes during lunch to get your turn. Overall Newton foodcourt offers many different choices of food and drinks that can feed all the family !

The portion here is miserable. Had kway chap. The pig skin... only 1 piece. The meat n intestine also very little. It is lucky that the food is good tasting. But all else is not great.

Bought duck noodles and specifically told the guy no chili but chilli was added , only discovered when brought the food home. My son could not eat at all. Had to cook instant noodles in the end. Meat was also very little .. they r not generous with ingredients.
