30 BBQ Chicken Wing Satay Otah

Normally I only provide good reviews but this stall not honest. Ordered 5 mutton and 5 beef satay, but they just gave us 10 mutton instead—without even asking. When we brought it up, they casually told us they can’t differentiate between mutton and beef. If you’re selling both, you should at least know the difference. No apology, no solution, just take it or leave it. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering again.

Brandless but same franchise as: #01-30 #01-40 BBQ Chicken Wing ($1.70 ea) Satay $1 ea (min 10 pc) Good peanut sauce, but satay and chicken wings burnt charred. Randomly gives customers different types of satay meat that is different from what was ordered. Rude auntie.

I don't usually post negative reviews but I was disappointed with this stall. Bought their satay because my usual stall was closed. The lady boss was really rude and scolding all the customers, with a permanent scowl on her face. Satay was average. Won't patronise again.

Average food. We ordered some BBQ chicken wings as well as chicken and Mutton satay. Chicken wings were too charred. Thankfully there was still some taste. Satay was bland. Almost tasted like they had little to no marination. I really needed the satay sauce to be able to eat it. Not money well spent.

Did not pass go, boss lady was rude, did not engage and basically misleading with what you could order moving everything to 10's. Did not continue with purchase and gave up before I started. Extremely rude and explains why no one was ordering with them and instead going to other stalls.
