The oyster omelette is classic street food or hawker centre classic and considered as comfort food or heritage snack for many locals. One of the best. Not just being polite. One thing about them, is that they never skimp on the cooking time in response to queue pressures. This means their food has very good QA, extremely consistent standard. It also means you should be prepared to indulge in the favourite Singaporean pastime of queueing up. The preparation and cooking styles varies but at this stall, it's more crispy and fried! Luckily that means less starchy as well so you can enjoy more the oysters and omelette together. The chilli sauce is also balanced with the zesty from chilli heat and something citrusy and savoury.
