Jiu Ding @ East Coast Lagoon

Thin, delicate skin with juicy, flavourful soup inside. It is freshly made, good steaming technique, good timing so soup is hot and skin isn’t dried out. Just hope there was more soup, but overall is delicious & my girl love it.

Hidden gem alert! Tried the xiao long bao here today and wow… the soup burst out so perfectly and the dumplings were super flavorful. Affordable, fresh and juicy. Can see myself craving for this again soon.

The Guo tie was fragrant and the prawn dumpling har Gau skin is so nice n har Gau is so yummy! I be back!!! Highly recommended!! 👍🏼👍🏼 So wanna try their XLB and steam dumpling! Looks yummy too.. !

I ordered a basket of 小笼包 for dinner and loved it so much that I decided to take away another basket home! The dumplings were incredibly juicy and flavorful. The staff in a cap and singlet was really friendly too. Definitely coming back for more ☺️ it’s worth every dollar!

Their soup dumpling (xiao long bao) was very good. At first we were worried if the minimum order amount of 10 pcs were too much, but not at all!
