The oyster omelette cooked by an elderly uncle comes with a generous portion of big, fresh oysters and a thick, eggy omelette. The 30-minute wait is worth it for the $8 price. While I prefer crispy, charred omelettes, this was still delicious and not overly oily. Will definitely return for more.

Recommended by makan kakis. Tried the $5 small portion since I had a heavy lunch. Can see uncle's dedication when he cooked the egg base. His version of the orh lua is soft fluffy eggs style which has a nice aroma that goes well with the red vinegary chilli. The oysters are juicy plump and cooked just right. Will be back for more next round!

The oyster is really plump and juicy, even someone like me who prefers the egg and crispy starch batter enjoyed the oyster here. I would like the egg to be a bit dryer and crispy though, the one served here is the moist type so it depends on your preference.

The stall is manned by an elderly uncle. And right away I can see his dedication in preparing all the food orders that come through. I ordered the small portion of fried oyster. I think the style is leaning more to the very wet and fluffy type. Personally I think it’s missing somewhat of a texture of cripiness. Nevertheless, the oysters are big and juicy.

Haven’t had such good 蚝煎 for awhile, more egg than starch, I also like that the egg is soft and fluffy inside. Such a big portion is all for 6 dollars, didn’t count but more than 6/7 oysters inside. Takeaway also taste so good and look at the size of oyster 🦪
