Realised from signboard it’s listed on the Michelin guide. Ordered the double fish lor mee $8, given receipt with Q number to look out for when your noodles are ready. You will be asked if you want to add everything ie garlic, chilli, vinegar and parsley when ordering. Red chilli have to be requested, it’s not so spicy as chilli padi and adds flavor to the dish. The double fish noodles consists of fried battered fish slices and not those round flour fish pieces from other lor mee store, fish flakes which you can see the white meat and a whole egg cut in halves. Flavourful and satisfying meal. Recommended if you are at this Old Airport Road Food Center.

Happened to be around the area and tried the Signature Lor Mee. The ingredients were generous, and the gravy was very delicious.

Nice bowl of lor mee. Seems like everyone here has to put grilled fish into the lor mee. Portion is very generous and the taste is good too. Good to go with minced garlic, coriander, chilli and black vinegar.

Pretty disappointing bowl of lor mee today. Been patronising this stall for many years but today shall be the last till things get better especially the taste. The gravy has gotten too sweet and not much lor flavour. The ingredients used seems like overcooked braised meat that is hard as rock. Gone are the belly meat found in a authentic lor mee. And for the first time in my years of eating lor mee, actually found fish bones. 😵 Price is $6 now, not worth it to eat. Cant believe this was the main stall but standard has dropped so much. There wasn't even a queue. Sad 😔

The queue at the OG Old Airport Road stall is much shorter these days, and after seeing the current setup, it’s clear why. The stall has been rebranded and lost its old-school charm. The portion of fish which they used to be well known for, is much smaller now, and the service staff could definitely afford to be a little less impatient and more polite.
