⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wang Wang Crispy Curry Puff at Old Airport Road Food Centre is hands down one of the best curry puffs in Singapore. Freshly made daily with generous fillings and perfectly crispy skin. Every bite is satisfying and full of flavour. I will always make it a point to come back and buy whenever I’m in the area. Be early, as they usually sell out by the afternoon!

It’s not easy to get what I want at this stall cos the yam puffs often sold out. Today I could order the sardine and yam puffs - just have to wait about half an hour so I cold order my tea and return. Just in time to have hot and crispy puffs for my lunch. The sardine, yam and curry puffs are $1.80 each but the pepper curry chicken is $1.80. Both of my ordered puffs are really nice - not just hot and crispy but also tasty. The fillings are packed so I are more fillings than pastry. Yam was not too sweet and has yam taste. Will try the curry and pepper chicken puffs soon.

This store is famous around here and their products turnaround is very fast so normally you can manage to buy a hot and crispy puff. The curry puffs has multiple layers of flaky skin that makes their puff crispy. Best eaten when hot.

This stall has one of the better curry puffs around. If you are at the food center, it’s good to place your order, go have lunch and then come back to collect your order. Else you maybe in for a long wait. I got 2 types of curry puff: a potato and a sardine. The curry puffs has multiple layers of flaky skin, thanks to the special way they make their curry puff pastry. The sardine filling is a lot, with chunky sardine pieces and chopped onionsz Best eaten when hot. Else you can toast in the oven if you are not eating immediately. Recommended! 😋 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

❤️ Food sharing IG @ jkgourmets 😋 美食分享尽在 IG @ jkgourmets As a curry puff lover, this stall must be very popular and famous, since morning they already attract many customers who willing to queue long minutes just to buy curry puff. Honestly, tried many famous curry puff, from Malay Indian to Chinese style. Let me compared their curry puff under Chinese category. Slightly disappointed that curry puff seem a bit too oily and skin pastry was on thick style. Curry potato ingredients was lack of sweetness, the ingredients was very mashy and can't taste much. 5 different selections, from basic curry potatoes to sardines, black pepper to yam paste. Variety of different flavours and tastes to chose from. Basic crispy curry puff was cheaper, only $1.80 each. Others at $2 each. Size and price is affordable and reasonable. But perhaps as I compare them to famous Hong Lim hawker centre, Tanglin curry puff. 2 similar stall selling similar foods. Their taste was much better and flavourful. Although priced at $2 each but I still feel it more worth it. Back to this popular stall who proud of their crispy curry puff. Try it if you haven't try before. Worth a try. Recommended to all new comer.
