Classic and authentic mixed pig organ soup. Ordered the lean meat version and portion is good for the price I paid which is $5. Stall owners are friendly and warm and they do deserve some credit for the affordable food they served. Recommended

was in the area and had to settle for a quick meal. Right off the bat, some things which made me have a slightly negative impression, but these were mostly logistics. Stall only uses disposable utensils, maybe telling of why it was only one lady at the stall when I was there. Also, they don't provide soy sauce which to me was absolutely regrettable. I love a good pig organs soup with soy sauce - had to get from another stall. However, despite these small little icks, I was soon pleasantly surprised. The soup had a strong sourish contrast brought about by the salted veg in the soup. Soup delivered a nice kick of sour-salty. The meats were also in great portion, and sliced rather thickly. I loved it, especially the liver and the intestines. They were properly cleaned but had a super nice, tender bite. Textures were directly on point. Overall, its clearly an above average pig organ soup. Unfortunately for their limited logistics, I would have to give a 4 stars. One of the better pig organ soup.

Tried this stall and was happy with the soup. These days not easy to find one at hawker center serving this dish while keeping the usual taste. Tried a few elsewhere and always find a lacking of the old taste. This stall served the dish with a close resemblance to my preference of salted veg with mix pork ingredients. The mee suan was also great to go along with the soup.

I tried their pig's organ soup (without coriander) with mee sua for the first time and I really liked it! First of all, there were a lot of ingredients (slices of pork liver, stomach, big intestines and belly, pork meatballs, and salted vegetables). If I could choose, I would have liked it better if the meatballs and pork belly slices are replaced with loin meat slices and lumps of minced meat 😜 Anw, the pork ingredients were good quality and not overcooked. The broth was the star! It's well-seasoned by the salted vegetables and fried shallots, with a slight peppery taste (not overpowering). I finished it all 😆 It's value-for-money at $4.50 for this soup!

Ordered the pig's organ soup 猪什汤 and it was yummy. Can choose rice or mee sua to go with it. The soup base was the peppery kind (not super peppery) with salted vegetables. Portion was generous too. Price was reasonable. Owner was very friendly.
