First time at Minced Pork Bros and now I finally understand why people can be loyal to noodles. - Dry Minced Meat Signature Mee Pok: The noodles were so springy they could probably double as resistance bands. - Soup Minced Meat Signature Mee Pok: Warm, comforting, and tasted like it could solve at least 80% of my life problems. Would recommend bringing this to every rainy day. - Signature Handmade Her Giao Soup: One bite and I knew someone’s grandma definitely put her whole soul into making them. Soft skin, meaty filling 10/10 would slurp again!!

MThe Bak Chor Mee is super flavorful, with springy noodles and tasty minced pork. Tried their Handmade Her Giao Noodle Soup too — so comforting. Small, simple spot, but every bowl shows they care. Definitely coming back!

I esp enjoyed the kway teow soup— rich, comforting & hearty! while my mum enjoyed the vinegary, spicy kick from the dry mee kia their handmade fish dumplings are a highlight too! the skin is soft & the filling is satisfyingly generous 🤤✨

We had the signature noodles (both dry and soup), which were super comforting, springy noodles with meatballs, fishcake and veggies. The shrimp dumpling soup was also freshly made and really flavorful, perfect on a rainy day. Portions are generous, service is quick, and everything just tastes so homely and satisfying.

Not your regular bak chor mee! They’ve got unique toppings like abalone, ramen egg, and even ikura but what stood out most was that almost everything is handmade, from the noodles to the meatballs. 🍜 Signature Mee Pok Tar with Superior Soup – 8/10 The noodles were tossed in a fragrant lard oil sauce and topped with super crispy pork lard. Handmade noodles were slightly thicker with a good bite, soaking up the savoury-vinegary sauce really well. The side soup was loaded with ingredients – pork slices, handmade fish dumplings, prawn paste cubes, and bouncy meatballs. Loved how fresh and meaty everything tasted, especially the dumplings. The only downside was the soup being a bit greasy for my liking. 🌟 Seafood Minced Pork Noodles – 8.5/10 This was the standout for me. Same noodle base, but topped with pork, seafood, and… ikura! At first I was skeptical, but the burst of umami from the ikura worked perfectly with the vinegary sauce. Balanced, flavourful, and not overwhelming at all. The seafood was fresh and had that nice QQ bite. The soup here was just as generous, with a juicy fish dumpling wrapped in chewy fish paste skin that was really unique. Overall: A really fun, modern twist on a hawker favourite. The handmade ingredients make a big difference, and if you’re a BCM fan, this is definitely worth trying.
