Freshly Made Chee Cheong Fun

After looking at the news articles on the signages, I decided to give this stall a try. The Chee Cheong fun was indeed really good, bouncy texture . I also the ee mian soup, the soup base is also quite good, lots of ingredients and taste like home cooked. The chee cheong fun remains silky even after it turns cold.

Prawn CCF $3.00, char siew CCF $2.50, CHILLI $0.50. Don’t all local hawker food comes with CHILLI included in the cost? Not asking for additional CHILLI but just normal take away. This may be going a bit too far in itemizing the cost to a stage of profiteering. Food is so-so like all fresh CCF, nothing exceptional. Make a judgement for yourself if you willing to pay $0.50 for CHILLI, just normal CHILLI and not additional, even if it was stated on a signage somewhere. I will not be back for sure.

The Chee Cheong fun is cheap and good. Only issue is you need to order 2 roll which was not mentioned anywhere. But it’s still cheap. $2.5 for char Siew and $3 for prawn. So both $5.5

Today let’s introduce the no signboard name stall. 01-155 At the 1st look, wah like all the recommendations already, must be very nice la hor? So ordered the mee sua and added egg to it. If it is your birthday, please consider coming to this stall and have your longevity mee sua. Shiok sia. But i must say it can be quite 重口味to some. I have also ordered some chee cheong fun to go along. Wah personally i love the otah flavor one. Indeed muar otah goes well with everything. When i paid for my food through the app, there will be a sound to say how much i have paid. So dont play play and give less thinking the auntie dont know ah. The auntie also shared with me indeed there are people who under paid. Seriously, they already not earning alot, still need to do this to them meh? Come on leh. Must try! #meesua #cheecheongfun

Arrived at 9am and there was already a queue! That’s how you know the food is good 😋 Ordered the chicken and BBQ pork cheong fun. Especially recommend the BBQ pork. Cheong fun skin was nice and silky, perfect thickness. Soy sauce was not very sweet also! $2.50 for 2 rolls, given the fact they are freshly made in house, is quite worth it if u ask me 😝
