Fried rice is nice! comparable to king of fried rice type. can see the chef frying with a large open flame, so the wok hei is not bad. added the pork chop, not bad also. crispy outside and juicy inside. din add the chill cos my children eating, next time then try it. overall not bad, can eat. the kids are happy with it :)

Used to buy Lao-Fu-Zhi Fried Chap-Kway-Tiao. But today I noticed a quite a new stall right besides them. A nowadays popular Instagram food: Fried Rice + Pork Chop. This stall called himself from ex-Ding-Tai-Feng 鼎泰丰 chef, which very popular of their fried rice and pork chop. Price range from $4 to $10. And I ordered the very common and popular eggs fried-rice with pork chop. I'm surprised that the rice flavor is good, and full of Wok-hey. The rice was quite fragrance, moist inside and yet still dry outside. Although rice type was not those thin and long grain. Instead, it was more like Japanese rice type, short grain and fat. And the pork chop also not bad, some said very salty, but mine was just okay, maybe they order sambal flavor, which I expect it will be heavy marinated. Mine was eggs fried-rice plus usual pork chop, damaged cost $6.50. Due to high increased food cost, but I do agree it was still a worthy order. Will visit again. 😋 Simply Yummy.

The Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice is good! Rice is done well as expected! However the pork chop is little too salty. The prawn fried rice is ok. Not the best out there but decently good. Rice can be a little bit more flavourful as it’s on the plain side.

The egg fried rice is very fragrant with generous portions of egg mixed into it. The rice is moist and not too dry so it's easy to eat. The pork cutlet is well fried without being too oily and salty. Definitely worth a try.

The worst fried rice in Singapore. We were there 19th July, 8pm. The cook and the server are Chinese, totally not the same as told. The rice is so blend, no taste, no fire. Basically is white rice add in watery egg stir in. And the pork chop is burnt and overcook. Whole plate we have to throw after 2-3 bites. Please don’t cook if can’t cook, anyone also able to cook better than this. So disappointed.
