This stall sells a myriad of items so the satay item is not obvious on the menu. However, one can tell from the panel display that their satay is fresh and meaty. Ordered the chicken and mutton satay. Uncle is amicable in taking the order, very politely indicating that it would take 5 minutes for the food to be ready. The chicken satay is juicy, succulent and tasty. Mutton satay has a gamey bite to it, and equally generous in portion. Both are highly recommended; will try the pork the next time. Do support this lovely old couple who dishes out yummy satay of superb standard!

Nice bowl of black pepper noodles. Haven’t heard much about this stall and wanted to try something new. Stall is being run by an old couple, who also serve satay among other items. Had a short queue during lunchtime. Preparation time was 3-4 minutes. Aunty asked if I want spicy, I said yes. The sauce has got a nice peppery char siew taste. The noodles are nice and springy. Chicken is well cooked and soft. My only complaint is that quantity is less for $5.

Great satay (meat on a stick/skewers). Spoke to the chef, and she mentioned that she’s been in business for 20 years! Highly recommend eating here! Their fried wontons are great as well.

Satey was good, big meat pieces. Wantan mee and wantan soup was not good at all. Didn't taste well and was with to much oil.

I gave him 10.00 for a dish that cost 5.50. He only gave me 4.00 back when it should have been 4.50. While him keeping an extra .50 is small, it’s disrespectful and dishonest. The black pepper chicken was very good though. But he does not need to steal from tourists like that when many of the hawker stalls are very nice and honest. My recommendation if you choose to eat here is to only give exact change, he will not give you the correct amount back.
