Maxwell Herb Soup

Got the barley pig stomach pepper soup with rice. $6.90 in total. The soup was super peppery, more than what I imagined initially but not necessarily in a bad way. Felt authentic but was unfortunately too peppery for me to drink it all up. Also had to get another drink to douse the spiciness. The service is super fast, like less than 3 minutes between order and food.

I had the pork rib and water cress with olive rice and it was really good. The pork ribs were very tender and there was a generous portion of water cress.

Got the lotus root rib soup here and it was fantastic! Pretty good price at $5.80SGD and the portion was good. Would definitely come again.

I would say it's okay food. Nothing too wow but probably won't disappoint you either. Maybe a little bit pricy in general but given the location I'm sure rents are high. Maybe I got the wring dishes since soups are supposed to be their speciality.

Decent bowl of herbal soup. Ordered the ABC chicken soup. Comes with one big piece of potato, carrot, corn, and a small drumstick. I personally prefer something more bland, but a good experience overall.
