Marina south “delicious food” my foot! Rude man and woman! Asked if have kway teow, answered, “you can’t see so big picture?”. Told them I want little chilli but put some on the side, no they can’t they have to charge for the extra chilli, can only fry it into the noodle dish! I said I want to use CDC, lost my CDC page, waiting to load, they didn’t want to cook my noodle until I sign into SingPass there is not one person behind me. Why do I not have money to pay if not? When my CDC page is up, he thinks my phone is too far but can’t open mouth, use finger gesture for me to go closer to his phone! The noodle? TINY portion for $5! So oily. Yucks! I’m never coming back, for their attitude and tiny portion of food!!

Friendly service 🙇🏻‍♂️ Black fried carrot cake is a hit 👌🏻 Fried Kway teow is a bit too moist; a little drier would've added more wok-hei (smokiness).

Gummy and mostly inedible oyster omelette but the black carrot cake is not bad. Auntie was also quite unfriendly.

Got the char kuay teo to go and it did not disappoint. The wokei flavour was amazing and the portion size for $6 was incredible value. I did wait for 5 min as the elder lady was making noodle dish after noodle dish on the wok - definitely worth the wait!

I ordered a $6 char kway teow for early dinner around 5pm just for myself. Without any queue, I could see what the senior auntie was doing; a plate full of fresh ingredient for cooking. The order was quick. Char Kway Teow is balanced, not too oily, cockles taste fresh, and the overall is not overcooked with too much char. I guess you should ready your payment and don’t expect too much on the service beyond the product delivery if you have plenty of orders, or variety of orders. The stall is just manned by one senior auntie working during that period after all.
