The wu xiang (ngo hiang) at this stall is quite different from the others. The taste was 古早味 in a good way. The beehoon was delicious but was in very short strands. There was a minimum order of $5.

Good homemade ngoh hiang (an umbrella term for Hokkien fritters). The sausage and toast points were standouts. The uncle said he has been making these for 48 years.

Easily the best ngohiong store in Singapore. The liver roll, egg/water chestnut cake, guan chang (sausage) and tao pok were very fine and made of good ingredients. Both sauces were nicely flavored and not starchy. The prawn fritter was not my type and I prefer the crispy version from Armenian street ngohiong stall. Store owner has lots of pride for his food and spotted with a hip ponytail.

My all time favorite wuxiang stall. One thing good about this stall is many items is handmade by stall owners. I love their chicken wing. Taste so homely 😂 The guanchang is the best in SG 👍 Other stuff such as wuxiang, prawn cake, popian, all taste above avg for sure. The owner already quite old. Not sure how long they can continue serving us the great good which going to lost in history soon. So many old hawkers already retired or retiring soon. Really eat while they still around. 🙏
