Hainanese Chicken Rice

But the meat was moist and tender, and the rice was just the right firmness, melting in your mouth. The meat and rice were a perfect match! I think Japanese people would also enjoy this flavor. The ginger-flavored soup that came with the chicken rice was also delicious. The staff were friendly, and ordering was easy. This restaurant seems like a good option for those unfamiliar with hawker stalls.

The chicken rice is delicious, but I recommend the soup as well. It contains a variety of ingredients, but the deep-fried tofu soaked in the soup is delicious and bursts with flavor when you bite into it. The photo is SET B.
