Here for breakfast. Ordered a dry and soup version of the bak chor noodles. The soup is tasty and the noodles springy with lots of meat slices, braised pieces of mushrooms and meat balls. Overall, flavourful combination.

The other stall has long Q... so I am not expecting much when going for this stall. I am very wrong! It's one of the best fishball noodles mee pok I ever tried.. Fishballs & fish cakes are fresh , bouncy & tender. Taste is spot on with the right amount of vinegar. Soup is nice. Mee mok is also perfect... Sometimes don't judge by the length of the Queue..

20 Jul 25- stall had no queue so why not. Turned out to be nothing short of delicious. Well seasoned, perfectly cooked noodles (mee tai mak) and springy fishballs. Uncle even has chili padi which is always necessary.

One of the best fishball noodles I’ve ever had! The fishballs are handmade and incredibly bouncy, with a few sliced pieces tossed in with the noodles. You can get it with chilli at the bottom—just pour in the soup, mix it up, and it turns into something super tasty! Everything’s really fresh, and the price? An absolute steal!

- there are a few good traditional fishball noodle stalls here at Maxwell and strangely this is the least popular in the 5-6 times we were here - we tried this when the other 2 stalls were not opened - surprisingly the food was very good, stringy fishballs, QQ noodles and good seasoning - quality wise is as good or better than others - highly recommended! - Underrated gem! - Uncle is very friendly too
