Dropped by for some Taiwanese food and it really hit the spot. They serve classic comfort dishes like ru rou fan and mee sua, and they also have a selection of fried items such as chicken and different types of mushrooms. The highlight for us was definitely the big bowl of mee sua — super comforting, nicely cooked, and very satisfying. Portions were generous, especially for the mee sua, so you won’t leave hungry. The fried chicken and mushrooms were also really good — crispy on the outside, not oily, and full of flavour. Perfect for sharing. Overall, simple but delicious Taiwanese food done right. Great place if you’re craving warm, hearty meals with some crispy fried sides. We loved it and would happily come back again! 🍜🍗🍄

Saw this on socials and decided to drop by to give it a try. Arrived on a weekend almost during dinner time the market was quiet. There weren't any customers so it was quite fast for me to take the order and they prepared my order immediately. Was sitting just in front of the stall so it was easy for collection when the food was ready. Ordered the braised pork rice set for $7.80 and added the fried oyster mushroom for another $5. Food was really within minutes and upon collection the presentation was actually quite appealing that made me want to start eating them as soon as possible. The braised pork rice looked different from the Taiwanese one because the pork to me looked more minced and the gravy is more thickened. Typical ones in Taiwan are pretty liquid and easy to mix with the rice but not this. The flavours were not too bad though. The sauce was quite sufficient it could cover close to all the rice in the bowl. The egg was a bit overcooked the yolk wasn't runny, the fried chicken was good but the portion was slightly little. On the other hand the fried mushrooms for $5 might seem a bit too expensive but it was also pretty well executed. A decent meal worth a try. I might be interested to return to try the mee sua the next time.

Wen Li is truly an authentic Taiwanese gem! This hawker style spot offers incredible value for money. Their Mee Sua is an absolute must-try – so flavourful and comforting. Despite sometimes being crowded, the friendly service always makes you feel welcome. It's easy to see why this place gets 5 stars; the food quality and experience are consistently excellent. Highly recommend for a genuine taste of Taiwan!

We were back to Golden Mile Food Centre today! Ordered the Braised Pork Rice Set which came with Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, and another Pig’s Intestines Mee Sua to share with wifey. The Braised Pork Rice was pretty nice. The stall braised minced pork with tiny chips of fats in some special sauce (which we were trying to figure out throughout our meal) which made the fare delicious. There was a braised egg with sweetish egg yolk. Nice. Came with pickled cucumber. The Popcorn Chickenwas actually bits of chicken with its fats “deepfried”. Very nice like eating popcorn.🤣🤣🤣 This Set cost $7.80 which was reasonable . However, we were a little disappointed with the Pig’s Intestine Mee Sua. The stall could use more mee sua as the meal was too soupy. Tastewise, mediocre. And too few chips of intestines shich were not even deep fried. So the $4.50 bowl was not do worth it.
