Its cheap, for 4 dollars they gave you alot of ingredients except for one standard ball of noodle that is too little. Charsiew is rock hard, stale unfresh, tasteless. Not unfair for me to even comment that it was leftover for 7th month offering, bleahx. Wanton not fresh, some have baking soda taste duno kept for how long. I didnt taste any ketchup in the standard offering like what someone commented here, but the chili was underpower. Very salty yet simple, tasted like your 12yo first attempt at cooking for you. The economic beehoon item like the staple runny yolk egg made me gave them 3 stars àlong with the price, else i am giving 1 star. I duno why she insist only 4 dollars but left the 3 dollar price there, instead of pasting over with the 4 dollar sticker. No fried wanton offering, cold soup at 8am in the morning. Will i go again? Yes only when i need to do a walkahton to ecp from there 🤣🤣

A very decent wanton noodle at $3 with 5pc of wanton, good amount of traditional mee kia. Hard to find such economic food in singapore nowadays. The stall is manage by 2 elderly lady boss. #supportlocalhawker

Simply amazing Wanted something small so I ordered their small fried wanton noodles ($3). Easy to say, it didn't disappoint. Portion was generous for the price, noodles were almost the same size as usual stores selling at a higher cost. Wantons were even more generous with 5 in total. Char Siew portion was fair. Enjoyed the taste, the sauce was able to envelope the noodles. Paired with the lard, its a decent rendition of the common experience of a great wanton mee. Soup was more of like a clean, vegetable soup. Only gripe overall were the vegetables, in which some felt a bit alkaline in taste. Still, at $3 taste and portion far exceeded my expectations. Do try it if you're in the area.

I ordered dumpling noodle but the owner says she didn’t have any so I said then I will get the wanton noodle then for $4. She took dumplings on the table that were not prepared and they boiled it for less than 2min and serve it to me. Initially I thought they were going to cook me wanton noodle so I asked when I was served without char siew and she said “didn’t you order dumpling noodle?” and gave me a “what rubbish are you talking” look. Noodle was not nice and the dumpling skin was not cooked long enough and bad; they try to cheat too by giving wanton in a pure dumpling noodle.

When everyone else has either increased their food prices and/or reduced their food portions, this wanton noodle stall (南和云吞面) at Level 2 Golden Mile Food Centre has maintained its selling price and food portions since 2020! Where can you get 5 wantons at $3 nowadays?!!! Noodle is old school taste, very nostalgic! Please support vendors that still sell food at wallets friendly price 🤗
