Haji Kadir Food Chains

One of the better Tulang we’ve had in Singapore - rich, flavorful, and satisfying. We also ordered mee goreng and beehoon goreng. The mee goreng stood out with its bold, well-balanced flavors, while the beehoon fell a little flat and felt like it was missing something. Unfortunately, the mutton chop was a disappointment. The meat was tough, overly sweet, and served cold. Despite that, the Tulang and the carb dishes made the meal worthwhile overall.

Amazing mee goreng, kway teow goreng and meehoon goreng. I love the cheese fries too..thick cut potatoes. Just amazing. My only shop to visit at this place ever since working nearby

Food was good. Ordered Soup Tulang Merah and nasi goreng, my friends ordered mee goreng combo. All good, service is ok, only atmosphere a bit packed. I think soup tulang merah is their signature dish, comes with bread.

The mee goreng combo was quite pleasing to the taste buds, delivered what i expected of a mee goreng . Spicy but yet just right , the portion of the mutton chop and freshly fried fries plus cheese on the top. $10 but prepared sincerely. The bone marrow / tulang however could be better $25 for 8 medium size bones without meat on it and gravy was watery and quality was not up to it even for 3 stars. Please improve your cooking as it is your staple dishes.

Came on a Sunday with family around dinner time. Ordered Roti John, Mee Kuah and Mee Goreng and was served within 20 mins. My Mutton Chop came a little later though they apologised. Food is delicious but the atmosphere was humid despite having fans around. The staff is really friendly and always smiled. Definitely will come back to eat their Tulang Merah! 😍
