Ordered fish slice soup at $6.50 with yam rice at $1. Soup wise - not bad. Fish slices quite fresh and ok quantity for amt paid. Super disappointing is the yam rice which was totally COLD.

Had the original double fish soup, medium size for $7.50, price increased..? Fish is sliced too think and breaking up. While the deep fried fish crust is a bit thick and tough. Overall so so taste. Go for small is enough. Soup tasted weird like it is mixed with previous customer order of tom yam. Maybe it is not for me. But their service is friendly. 6.5/10

double fish soup - fried fish has coriander in the batter. unique and delicious - not stingy with fish (non-fried & fried) for largest portion. you get what you pay for - milk is optional - soup is delicious - contains firm tofu (豆干) and napa cabbage (大白菜) yam rice - nice. contains yam chunks, fried onions, spring onions - yam rice is only available after 10am - friendly lady - accepts paylah and other QR cashless payments - may not be for you if you dislike fried onions. both soup and rice contain quite a lot of fried onions edit (Feb 2024): you may request the fried fish to be served separately when ordering double fish soup

Ordered the biggest bowl of dual fish soup with yam rice total $8.50. Given more fried fish than the fresh ones. Taste great without adding milk. Fish were fresh and the soup wasn't over salty. Marry well with the yam rice.

Ordered a $5 fish soup with bittergourd and was pleasantly surprised by it. The broth was tasty; I could taste the sweetness of something like ti po (dried fish that elevates the taste of soup). The fish was not as sweet but okay. I was also surprised by the portion of the fish. I initially ordered $6 but uncle got it wrong and the auntie returned me $1. Still, the $5 version had quite a good number of slices of fish. Amid today's inflating food prices, I would say this was considered a reasonable deal. Replacing veggies with bittergourd cost no extra.
